Shipping policy
Every SNOOT item is designed and printed to order, so the timeline below has two parts: the time it takes to make, and the time it takes to arrive.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. We are not able to accept international orders at this time.
Processing and delivery time
Two to four business days to design your artwork, then three to seven days to print, pack and ship. Most orders arrive within two weeks of ordering.
Express shipping affects delivery time only — the artwork still takes two to four business days first.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $55.
- Standard shipping is a flat $5.95 on orders under $55.
- Express shipping is $15.
Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to begin updating after a label is created. If the delivery estimate has passed and you have heard nothing, contact us — something has gone wrong and we would like to know.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can resend it once you cover the reshipping cost.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email hello@snootgoods.com within 14 days of the expected or actual delivery date, with your order number and photos where relevant. Our Refund policy explains how replacements work.
